To return an item:

Please notify Living Transitions at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it within 7 working days of delivery to arrange a return.

What is required:

  1. Re-package the product(s) in their original boxes along with the order acknowledgement stating the reason for the return. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault;
  2. Please ensure the product (s) are wrap the package securely;
  3. Please provide the original invoice of the purchase.

However, if the goods are returned for any other reason, Living Transitions will only refund the purchase price paid for the goods excluding the original delivery costs and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return delivery costs.

If a non-faulty product returned is not in fully re-saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
Refunds will only be made once the returned products are received by Living Transitions.

Please note, items purchased from the Living Transitions website can only be returned directly to Living Transitions and not independent retailers, concessions, stockists of Living Transitions.

Cancellations of Orders

To cancel an order, please send an email detailing the transaction to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .  If the order has not been shipped, the order will immediately be cancelled with a full refund.  If the order has been shipped, a cost to the client will be incurred for the returning of the products.
