Customer Service Information Policy

Living Transitions will contact the customer within 24 hours of received enquiries as quickly as possible.

Our hours are from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

We take pride in our products and services as they are created and designed with the only the best quality supplies and ingredients for our clients consideration.

 

Ordering, Pricing and Taxes

  1. Orders can be placed through our website, email, post or telephone.  When ordering it is strongly recommended to place the order in writing via our website or email.
  2. The products and items offered are subject to availability. We will process your order once you have registered and we have received your payment details.  An-email confirmation of our acceptance of the order will be forwarded to you.
  3. The prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are fully inclusive of government taxes (GST).  Prices are for internet orders only and are subject to change at any time without notification.
  4. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars.  Prices quoted on our the website include GST.
  5. International orders do not incur GST, however there may be import duties and taxes applicable to the destination of shipment that Living Transitions will not be responsible for.
  6. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  7. Living Transitions requires a $25.00 deposit for all workshops to confirm your attendance. Full payment is due on the day of the workshop. 
  8. Wholesale - once the product is delivered becomes the clients responsibility to sell and promote the products.  Please contact Living Transitions for promotional materials.
  9. Wholesale consignment, is considered.


Payments

  1. Living Transitions…Be Free! accepts most major credit cards through our online shopping cart.  Payment is made via Paypal which is a highly secure site verified by Vera Sign.
  2. Email, phone or mail orders we accept, credit card-Visa and Mastercard, direct deposit, money order and cheques.
  3. Party Plan payments are due on the date of delivery.  If payment is not made the order will not be delivered.


Deliveries

  1. Living Transitions...Be Free! offers deliveries to most major areas of Australia using Australia Post.  We do not accept liability for delay in the event there is no-one to receive the delivery at the delivery address.  Deliveries will be left if no-one is home.  We will not accept responsibility for theft or loss once good are delivered.
  2. Please allow 5-10 business days for your shipment and delivery is $5.50 (Party Plan will incur a delivery charge or $2.50 per customer order) only within Australia,(please note that is subject to change without notice).  If the delivery details given are incorrect and thus affecting delivery we may charge a delivery charge.
  3. International orders will incur a shipping  fee. Please contact us before ordering from overseas.


Cancellations of Retail or Wholesale Orders(1 and 2)/Feng Shui Workshops/Creative Art Workshops(3)

  1. To cancel an order, please send an email detailing the transaction to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or call 0423 814 163.  If the order has not been shipped, the order will immediately be cancelled with a full refund.  If the order has been shipped, a cost to the client will be incurred for the returning of the products.
  2. Party Plan/Wholesale cancellations will not incur a charge if the customer has cancelled within 7 working days from their order.  After 7 days a 25% charge will be incured and the customer will be invoiced.
  3. A full refund will be granted to a person if they chose to cancel their attendance at a Feng Shui/Creative Art workshop.  Workshop cancellation of 24 hours in advance would be appreciated.
